Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking engineers to advance the R&D Efficiency Platform, building core capabilities to improve engineering delivery quality and designing scalable CI/CD pipelines.

You will drive AI-native evolution of CI/CD with smart code review and change-risk prediction, embed shift-left security across the development lifecycle, and establish standardized change management with approvals, canaries, and rollback. Fluent English is required for cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Solid CS fundamentals across OS, networking, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and microservice stacks.
• Familiar with DevSecOps concepts and supply-chain security toolchains.
• Knowledge of AI or LLM applications in engineering-efficiency and CI/CD scenarios.
• Fluent English communication for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform to improve engineering delivery quality.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines driving standardization, automation, and observability.
• Drive AI-Native evolution of CI/CD with intelligent code review and change-risk prediction.
• Build DevSecOps capabilities embedding shift-left security across the development lifecycle.
• Establish standardized change management covering approvals, canary releases, and rollback.
