Qualifications

• Solid Computer Science fundamentals (OS, networking, distributed systems, data structures & algorithms).
• Proficient in DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and microservice stacks.
• Familiar with DevSecOps concepts and security toolchains.
• Knowledge of AI / LLM in engineering-efficiency and CI/CD scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform.
• Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive the AI-Native evolution of CI/CD.
• Build DevSecOps capabilities and ensure supply-chain security.
• Establish standardised Change Management.
• Apply Kubernetes and cloud services for platform stability.
