Job summary

Panda Hotel in Hong Kong is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee performance of hotel E&M equipment and supervise a team of technicians. The role requires monitoring central cooling and hot water systems, and coordinating with departments and contractors for maintenance and projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position, and holds the Electrical Worker Grade A registration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' relevant working experiences, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A.
• Overnight shift is required.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check and monitor performance of all E&M hotel equipment.
• Monitor operation of the chiller and boiler plants.
• Distribute job orders, delegate works to technicians, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors for all maintenance and project works.
