Job summary

Major philanthropic organization is seeking senior leaders to drive growth and strengthen team development across critical sectors such as healthcare, education, youth, and elderly services.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in complex stakeholder management within large, regulated settings and proven people leadership. English and Cantonese fluency is required, Mandarin is an advantage; government engagement is valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience managing complex projects in large, regulated organisations.
• Capable people manager and leader.
• Experience engaging with government bodies is an advantage.
• Exceptional spoken and written communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of social impact programs within a defined sector (e.g. healthcare, education, youth, elderly).
• Overseeing grant review and deployment, handling compliance and regulatory factors.
• Providing leadership to sizeable teams and ensuring resource deployment aligns with project milestones.
• Internal and external stakeholder management including senior management, external partners and government departments and officials.
• Building a strong network within the relevant sector and raising organisational profile at events via attendance and speaking engagements.
