Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is seeking a Sr. Manager, digital Workplace, IT to lead and govern Workspace technology, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory, SharePoint, Intune, and related on-premise and cloud services.

The role demands 10+ years hands-on experience, strong incident management, and proven ability to innovate and improve support models, governance, and security baselines across a leading iBank environment. English and Putonghua are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in digital workspace technology space.
• Strong hands-on practical experience in Workspace products and application stack mentioned in Job Responsibilities.
• Proven track records of effective implementation and administration of IT systems with focus on digital workspace related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering insights and support to the Workspace technology and application systems stack.
• Manage Workspace related projects delivering within PMO governance.
• Ensure proactive monitoring of all Workspace systems and identify legacy issues before impact.
• Innovate to meet business requirements and improve technologies, support models and workflows.
• Ensure healthiness and robustness of Workspace systems for business agility, stability and continuity.
• Establish OLA with Technology Operations teams for Workspace supportability.
• Devise and maintain KPIs for Workspace systems performance and present in reports.
• Uphold CSC framework and conformance to security baselines.
• Ensure IT security baselines are met and rectified for non-conformances.
• Coordinate impact assessment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for Workspace systems.
• Provide Level-3 escalation support and participate in cross-team incident management.
• Document design and implementation records of Workspace systems for consumption by Technology Operations teams.
• Ensure full compliance of Workspace platforms with regulatory requirements in all operating countries.
