Job summary

Pinpoint Asia is assisting a leading Hong Kong financial institution to hire a Digital Workplace & Automation Engineer. The role focuses on deploying AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot, and on building low-code applications with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance daily operations.

You will engage with traders and operations, deliver technical workshops, and ensure secure, Azure-aligned deployments. Relevant experience in enterprise digitization is required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and adoption of AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot across regional functions.
• Architect, build, and sustain low-code applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to boost efficiency.
• Analyze workflows in Equity Derivatives to identify digital transformation opportunities and reduce manual overhead.
• Embed Responsible AI guidelines, data protection policies, and security mandates into technical solutions.
• Engage with traders and operations to translate needs into proofs-of-concept and deliverables.
• Deliver workshops and enablement sessions for end-users to track productivity gains.
• Coordinate with cloud infrastructure and security teams to ensure Azure integration.
