Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering website, mobile, platform products.
• Experience with full-stack digital products and modern platforms.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional client teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Plan projects, allocate resources, monitor forecasts.
• Identify milestones, dependencies, risks; develop mitigations.
• Manage scope, budgets, and finances with change-management.
• Track financial metrics and interventions to meet deal economics.
• Maintain quality standards and manage escalations.
• Mentor and coach team members to drive improvement.
