You will lead end-to-end projects, collaborate with marketing and IT teams, manage timelines, and optimize user experiences across platforms, with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in mobile apps, online business operations, digital platforms, or digital marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and digital commerce trends.
• Customer-focused mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to launch.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for loyalty, digital, and O+O initiatives.
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders and timelines to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Support online business operations, CMS updates, promotions, and product management.
