Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Systems Analyst/Senior Systems Analyst for Digital Channels on a one-year contract in Hong Kong. You will work under InfoTech's headcount to support digital banking platforms, including mobile, payments and channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in system analysis or software delivery.
• Experience in banking, digital banking or payments projects.
• Vendor/offshore team collaboration experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users, vendors, and dev teams to deliver digital banking initiatives.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Liaise between business and technology teams through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate security, architecture, infra and DevSecOps activities.
• Support all SDLC phases including SIT, UAT, deployment and post-production.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, security and audit compliance.
• Contribute to modernization, cloud adoption and continuous improvement.
