Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst to drive end-to-end digital initiatives within a major banking client in Hong Kong. You will map customer journeys, refine business and UI/UX requirements, and collaborate with product owners across disciplines.

The role emphasizes design thinking, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and delivering clear epics and acceptance criteria. You will work with investment product, marketing, and digital teams to ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in requirements management for digital transformation projects within banking.
• Strong understanding of digital investment applications and servicing journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to manage risks and issues.
• Deep knowledge of design thinking, customer-centric design, Agile, and best practices.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end requirements process for digital business and customer behavior initiatives.
• Collaborate with Digital and Business Product Owners to map customer journeys and leverage insights.
• Lead refinement of business and UI/UX requirements with investment product teams and stakeholders.
• Develop business epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and approvals.
• Support in-sprint testing, UAT, and live validation to ensure releases meet objectives.
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for journeys to inform design.
• Review user journey designs with stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, Tech Leads, Engineers, and QA.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, proposing mitigations or escalation.
• Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to plan launches or major system enhancements.
