Job summary

Wizpresso, an enterprise AI software company in Hong Kong, is seeking a hands-on DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design, deploy, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure for our SaaS and AI services.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker and Kubernetes workloads, and implement IaC with Terraform, while ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency for regulated enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in DevOps, SRE, cloud infra, or similar
• Strong production experience on major cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps)
• Proficient in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and IaC tools
• Linux admin, networking, scripting (Bash, Python)
• Experience with monitoring/observability and incident response
• Strong English communication in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for Wizpresso's apps and AI services
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable software releases
• Manage container workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar
• Monitor performance, health, and security with observability tools
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses
• Establish backup, DR, and high-availability practices
• Collaborate with engineering to improve deployment architecture and security
