Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior DevSecOps leader to drive cloud and on-premises deployments, collaborating with global teams and partners. You will shape secure software delivery pipelines, enforce best practices, and automate infrastructure at scale.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software development/support with 5+ years in DevSecOps, CKAs, and strong CI/CD and IaC experience. Travel readiness is required, with opportunities to lead major projects. This role is based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related discipline (must-have).
• 8 years of experience in application development and/or support, with at least 5 years in DevSecOps.
• Minimum 2 years in a leading role in medium-to-large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with in-house and offshore teams, QA, architects, security officers and external partners to plan and deliver DevSecOps solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Facilitate agile development using CI/CD practices to deploy applications to different environments.
• Enforce engineering best practices, software quality standards and application security controls throughout the lifecycle.
• Automate test execution across cycles to improve software quality feedback.
• Manage application release, versioning, deployment, and configuration activities.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning to standardize installation procedures and configurations.
• Maintain and monitor health, availability, and performance of application, infrastructure, and DevSecOps platform components.
