Job summary

Wizpresso 濃說 is seeking a hands-on DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure behind our enterprise SaaS and AI products. You will work closely with software engineers, AI teams, and product managers to deliver reliable, secure services for enterprise customers.

The role covers CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, incident response, security controls, and cost optimization, with responsibilities spanning Terraform,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DevOps/SRE or related cloud-infra experience.
• Strong production experience with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid Linux, networking, scripting (Bash/Python).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated releases.
• Manage container workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security with observability tools.
• Lead incident investigations and reliability improvements.
• Maintain backups, DR, and high-availability practices.
