Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited is seeking an experienced interior design professional to review and advise on interior layouts, overall design, E&M provisions and facilities for new projects, and to assess improvement works for existing properties.

You will evaluate tenants’ design and fit-out submissions for compliance and optimization, communicate with tenants and consultants, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and help update landlord design control documents.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in architecture or interior design
• Minimum 8 years' experience in architectural and interior design industries
• Knowledge of building construction, statutory and licensing requirements for commercial premises
• Strong graphic and artistic sensibility is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign and AutoCAD; familiar with AI design applications
• Strong leadership and multiple project management skills
• Experience in leading, managing and mentoring subordinates
• Well-organized, responsive and able to work independently
• Good communication skills with excellent command of English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Review and provide professional advice & comments on the interior layout, overall design, E&M provisions and other facilities of new projects
• Assess and advise on improvement works for existing properties
• Evaluate, manage and comment on tenants’ design & fit-out submissions for compliance and optimization
• Communicate with tenants, tenants’ design consultants and/or contractors
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within the department and other relevant departments
• Compose and update landlord’s design control documents
