Job summary

Bosco Securities Limited is seeking a securities dealing support professional to manage daily activities for HK and US markets. You will execute client orders, monitor statuses, and resolve rejected or pending trades, ensuring smooth execution across multiple products.

The role requires knowledge of trading systems, collaboration with vendors, and strong communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. A discretionary bonus and on-the-job training are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
• Proven understanding of securities dealing processes and trading workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily securities dealing activities for HK and US markets.
• Execute and monitor client orders and follow up on rejected, pending, or abnormal transactions.
• Support dealing activities for equities and other investment products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues relating to trading systems and workflows.
• Liaise with system vendors on issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth trading operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred

Minimum 2 years' experience in securities dealing, trading support or brokerage operations

Holder of SFC Type 1 license

Good knowledge of HK and US securities markets and trading operations

Familiar with margin financing, online trading platforms, or other investment products

Experience in UAT, trading system support, or vendor coordination is an advantage

Detail-minded, responsible, with good analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Willing to work outside normal office hours when operationally required
