Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Limited is seeking an Associate-Senior Vice President for Central Dealing to ensure accurate, timely, best-execution across equities, fixed income, funds and structured products in a high-caliber trading environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Risk Management, IT and Operations to optimize front-to-back workflows, enhance OMS/EMS usage, and drive automation while maintaining strict risk controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with honors in Economics, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Holder of SFC license for Type 1 and 2 regulated activities, RA Type 1, 2 is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in dealing/trading, preferably with 1-2 years at management level.
• Deep understanding of wealth management products across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Derivatives, Structured Products).
• Familiar with SBL (Stock Borrowing and Lending) business is a plus.
• Proven hands-on experience with OMS/EMS and trading procedures.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Associate- Senior Vice President, Central Dealing

Provide accurate, timely, and best-execution of multi-asset class execution (including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and structured products) for clients.

Handle trade facilitation and liaise closely with counterparties in SBL (Stock Borrowing and Lending) business.

Coordinate day-to-day dealing activities seamlessly across various segments of the Wealth Management and brokerage business.

Ensure strict adherence to internal risk controls, compliance policies, and regulatory requirements. Actively monitor trading activities to prevent trade errors, mitigate operational risks, and monitor the credit risk in alignment with the company's risk management framework.

Proactively develop, foster, and maintain positive relationships with a wide network of external traders, brokers, liquidity providers, and industry contacts.

Liaise closely with other key functions, particularly Sales, Risk Management, IT, and Brokerage Operations (Middle/Back Office)—to maintain an amicable, efficient, and seamless front-to-back workflow.

Continuously review and drive the enhancement of dealing systems (e.g., OMS/EMS) and operational procedures. Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve trading efficiency and system robustness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above with honors in Economics, Finance, Business, or related discipline.

Holder of SFC license for Type 1 and 2 regulated activities, responsible officer (RA Type 1, 2) is a plus.

Minimum of 8 years’ experience of solid experience in the dealing/trading sector, preferably with 1-2 years at management level.

Deep and comprehensive understanding of all wealth management products across multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Derivatives, and Structured Products).

Familiar with SBL (Stock Borrowing and Lending) business is a plus.

Proven hands-on experience with modern dealing systems, order management systems (OMS), and trading procedures.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua).
