Job summary

Webull Securities Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced institutional trading specialist to manage orders for HK and global securities, futures, and funds. The role focuses on servicing institutional and corporate clients, monitoring portfolios, and participating in system development of trading platforms.

The ideal candidate holds SFC Type 1 and 2 licenses (Type 4 advantageous), with 8+ years solid dealing experience in financial institutions or brokers.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licenses is a MUST; Type 4 license is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of solid dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms, with proven experience handling institutional clients.
• Independent, capable of working under pressure, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
• Willing to work shift duties (including night shifts) as required.

• Support account opening processes and deliver high-touch client services to institutional clients via telephone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Settlement, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments independently as required
