Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Insights to lead the transformation of the CVM data and analytics ecosystem. You will drive migration to an enterprise Data Hub, bridge business and technical teams, and enable self-service analytics for data-driven customer engagement and advisor productivity.

The role requires 8+ years in data engineering, BI, or analytics, with strong SQL, AWS (Redshift/Glue/Athena/S3), and BI tool experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Engineering, BI, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy databases, data pipelines, and reports to the Data Hub architecture.
• Enable CVM analytics, campaign measurement, and customer insights across teams.
• Design scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality, security and availability.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and manage project roadmap and risks.
• Promote governance, metadata, and documentation standards.
