• • Lead a data center teams based in Hong Kong
• • Maintain a secure and efficient IT data center operation
• • Managed 24/7 operations process to covering multi data centers in Hong Kong
• • Ensure data center staffs are well trained in IT/Data Center Facility disaster recovery procedures
• • Provide technical guidance to data center staffs in day-to-day operations
• • Manage the performance of data center operations team
• • Manage data center Infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities Management
• • Manage Data Center hardware and OS maintenance
• • Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and attained
• • Improve and automate data center operations for better efficiency and quality
• • Manage planning, change control, and risk management projects

Job Requirements

• • B.Sc. / M.sc in IT related disciplines
• • At least 7-year experience of data center operations
• • Experience in multi data center operations
• • Project Management experience
• • Incident management experience
• • Ability to organize information concisely and accurately
• • Proven ability to work efficiently with different levels of management
• • Certifications like ITIL
