Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze airport retail performance, develop Power BI and Databricks dashboards, and maintain data integrity across business processes.

The role requires at least 3 years in data analytics with contract management exposure, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. Putonghua is preferred, with a collaborative, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Analysis, Information Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in business and data analytics and contract management.
• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Databricks and Power BI.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on airport retail performance.
• Develop data visualization dashboards using a business intelligence platform.
• Maintain and enhance database data integrity and documentation for knowledge base of M365 Copilot Agent.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders on data access and analytics insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, analysis and reporting methodologies.
• Support team operations through data enquiries, inter-departmental follow-ups, contract administration, licensee business performance monitoring, market research and regular reporting.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.
