Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Data Analyst on a 24-month contract to transform operational and customer data into clear insights. You will manage dashboards across Airport Service Delivery and collaborate with Analytics & Insights teams to support decision making.

The role uses Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI and SQL to collect, analyse, visualise and govern data, contributing to the Three-Runway project readiness and ongoing data-driven culture across

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in data and analytics.
University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Operations Research or related disciplines.
Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organising skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain dashboards across Airport Service Delivery and ensure information is clear and accessible to stakeholders.
Analyse operational and customer data with the analytics team to derive actionable insights.
Partner with Airport Service Delivery teams to understand data requirements and contribute to analytical models and tools.
Collaborate to develop data-driven models and governance for improved operational readiness.
