lululemon Athletica Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Data Analyst to lead data-driven performance insights across APAC. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards for sales, guest engagement and product, and deliver analyses that guide strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with global data teams, support forecasting models, and present insights to senior leaders to shape growth and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics or Data Analytics.
• 3–5 years delivering data analytics.
• 1–2 years with Customer Data Platform and/or large data warehouse.
• Experience developing PowerBI dashboards.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and Python data manipulation with statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APAC Power BI dashboards across sales, guest and product.
• Conduct statistical analyses and deep-dives to answer strategic questions.
• Support guest forecasting models for planning.
• Collaborate with global data teams for data definitions and reporting accuracy.
• Deliver clear reports and presentations to managers and senior leaders.
• Interact with teams to enable data-driven growth decisions.
