Swivelt Sdn Bhd is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to turn operational, commercial, and people data into actionable decisions. You will own analysis end-to-end, from framing questions to presenting insights to senior leadership.

You'll design dashboards, write efficient SQL, work with data engineering on pipelines, and mentor junior analysts while communicating complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI and translating statistical theories.
• Advanced SQL with window functions and large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or Looker).
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong grounding in statistics: hypothesis testing, regression and A/B testing.
• Ability to present complex findings to senior non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business judgement and comfort with ambiguity.

About you

Advanced SQL, including window functions, query optimisation and working with large datasets.

Strong experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis (pandas, NumPy or equivalent).

Solid grounding in statistics: hypothesis testing, regression and A/B testing.

Proven ability to present complex findings clearly to senior, non-technical stakeholders.

Strong business judgement and comfort working with ambiguous problems.
