Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a capable Company Secretary to support the listed group and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong. You will handle routine secretarial duties, ensure timely regulatory filings, and maintain records and resolutions with high accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, HKCGI graduates preferred, with at least 6 years' listed company secretarial experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline. HKCGI graduates preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Strong computer literacy and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle company secretarial duties for the listed company and subsidiaries.
• Manage regular matters and ensure timely filings with regulatory bodies.
• Review filing fee requests and arrange filings with the Hong Kong Companies Registry and Business Registration Office.
• Maintain filing records and resolutions; ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
