Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a leading Hong Kong-listed logistics group for a Company Secretary role. You will oversee governance, compliance and risk, and partner with the board on strategic initiatives across the group.

The ideal candidate has HKCGI/CGI, 10–15 years' experience with large HK-listed firms, strong knowledge of HK Listing Rules, fluent English and Chinese, and the ability to work with limited supervision, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

University graduate with HKCGI/CGI Chartered membership.
10–15 years' solid experience in sizable Hong Kong listed companies.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance and SFO.

Responsibilities

Oversee company secretary function, governance excellence, and risk management.
Monitor regulatory changes and liaise with public bodies as needed.
Review and prepare listed company circulars and board resolutions.
Attend board meetings, take minutes, and prepare post-meeting documents.
Identify governance risks and advise on mitigations, acquisitions, and restructuring.
Drive strategic initiatives with a compliance-focused culture.
Advise the Board and executives on governance best practices and regulatory compliance.
Design and implement enterprise risk management framework.
