HKBN Senior Business Analyst (CRM Marketing) will work with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital platforms and drive business goals. You will map customer journeys across channels and collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 3–5 years in Digital, CRM or E-commerce, with experience in marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys or Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Digital, CRM or E-commerce roles.
• Experience mapping customer journeys and test strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation tools preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese.
