Amicorp Group in Hong Kong SAR is seeking a senior Corporate Services professional to oversee client portfolios, advise on corporate structures and compliance, and grow the business through referrals.

You will coordinate with clients on regulatory, tax and governance matters, manage billing, timesheets and signatory approvals, and lead a small local team to deliver timely, accurate services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax or related field.
• At least 4 years in corporate/financial services with international exposure.
• Familiar with CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR; knowledge of regulations.
• Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
• Excellent English; additional languages preferred.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Commercial mindset with revenue/target focus.

Aufgaben

• Manage client portfolios and guide corporate services including setup/admin of structures.
• Analyze regulations and documents related to clients' legal and fiscal opportunities.
• Grow business with existing clients and through referrals.
• Administer portfolios of companies, partnerships and trusts per law.
• Record chargeable time and value of service; use Maconomy.
• Ensure KYC compliance and adherence to signatory authority.
• Coordinate taxes, accounting and banking with Client Accounting.
• Act as trusted advisor and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Undertake director/trustee/secretary/authorized signatory roles as needed.
