Job summary

CLSA is seeking a Senior Corporate Access Manager to originate, coordinate, and execute opportunities for institutional clients across Hong Kong and China. You will work closely with corporates, Sales, Research, and other internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality access through non-deal roadshows, meetings, and events.

The role requires a deep understanding of HK and China equity markets, exceptional relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Access, Equity Sales, Investor Relations, Institutional Marketing, Financial Services or related field.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong and China equity markets and the interaction between institutional investors and listed companies.
• Excellent relationship-building, project management, organizational, and execution skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute corporate access activities across Hong Kong and China, including non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, access days, site visits, field trips and thematic events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with listed companies, investor relations professionals and other corporate contacts.
• Partner closely with Sales and Research teams to identify and deliver relevant corporate access opportunities for institutional investors.
• Coordinate corporate marketing efforts and facilitate introductions between corporates and investors.
• Support the planning and execution of investor conferences, forums and other flagship client events.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a high standard of execution and client service.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery and follow-through.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of corporate access activities as required.
