Honjo, part of the Pirata Group, is seeking an energetic Senior Cook to join its contemporary Japanese dining concept in Sheung Wan. You will set up the kitchen and support senior chefs during service, working across hot and cold sections to assemble dishes to high standards in a timely fashion.
