Calle Ocho, part of Pirata Group, is seeking a Junior Cook to join our Spanish tapas kitchen in Causeway Bay. You will set up the kitchen and support senior chefs, working across hot, cold and tapas production sections to assemble dishes to high standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year kitchen experience, a strong interest in cooking, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook to join Calle Ocho, our innovative new Spanish tapas restaurant located in the retail epicentre, Causeway Bay.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and tapas production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
