• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement administration, or contract management.
• Strong attention to detail and data management abilities.
• Knowledge of vendor vetting, compliance, or KYC processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and prepare procurement contracts and terms.
• Track contract lifecycle, renewals, and maintain digital/physical records.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure contract compliance.
• Conduct KYC checks for potential vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve contract-related issues.
