• Lead the contracts function across multiple development and construction projects.
• Develop and implement contract management strategies to protect commercial interests.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Review and amend contracts to ensure proper risk allocation and protections.
• Advise senior leadership on contractual matters and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee claims management and dispute avoidance across the portfolio.
• Support procurement and tendering activities during contractor selection.
• Ensure contract administration post-award and project execution.
