Job summary

Eton Properties Limited, a conglomerate focused on real estate development, is seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost planning, budgeting and cost control across residential, commercial and mall projects in Hong Kong.

The role covers pre- and post-contract cost management, tendering, contract administration, and liaison with project teams and service providers to ensure budgets and quality align with targets.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 15+ years of working experience.
• Professional level in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for cost planning, cost control, procurement management, and construction cost management
• Provides full general quantity surveying services includes pre and post contract stage, preparation of budget and cost estimation, tendering, project cost management, contract management and claims assessment
• Liaise with project management and other parties
• To control budget, progress and quality of construction projects
• To supervise performance of service providers
