Job summary

Aon is seeking a highly capable senior consultant to join our Life Solutions PathWise team in APAC, focusing on actuarial modelling, PoCs, and end-to-end programme delivery across the region. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage client and internal stakeholders, and support business development, pre-sales, and client relationship activities to scale PathWise implementations.

Qualifications

• Typically 4-5 years of relevant experience in life insurance, consulting, actuarial transformation, finance transformation, or technology-enabled delivery.
• Experience supporting or leading complex change programmes involving actuarial, finance, modelling, data, or technology teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with solution design experts, modellers, and technology architects to deliver robust client outcomes.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders with professionalism, judgement, and clear communication.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, manage workstream delivery, identify risks, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The candidate must be able to independently produce polished executive presentations, well-structured client-facing documents, and accurate Excel-based trackers, analyses, and commercial/project materials.

Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives, client pursuits, and strategic growth activities across the APAC market.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, PoCs, and client solution demonstrations, helping convert opportunities into long-term implementation and software licensing engagements.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, including executive-level slide decks and thought leadership content.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including actuarial, IT and finance stakeholders within leading insurance organizations.
• Support the development of commercial proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), or any other legal and contracting activities in collaboration with Aon legal and compliance teams.
• Collaborate with actuarial, technology, and consulting teams to develop tailored client solutions that address complex business and transformation challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor during client engagements, supporting solution design discussions and helping clients understand the value of PathWise within their actuarial transformation journey.
• Program & Project Management
• Support PathWise implementation and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects, overseeing planning, execution, testing, model validation, user enablement, and successful transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Manage project delivery across cross-functional actuarial, technology, product, client service, and third-party teams, ensuring effective governance of timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

We are seeking a highly capable and commercially minded experienced senior consultant to join our Life Solutions (PathWise) team in APAC as we continue to grow the PathWise business across the region. The successful candidate will help support actuarial modelling and technology transformation engagements, with a particular focus on PathWise implementation and proof-of-concept (PoC) delivery. This role will support end-to-end programme delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage client and internal stakeholders, and contribute to practical delivery frameworks that improve scalability and consistency across APAC. The candidate will also support business growth activities, including proposal development, pre-sales support, and client relationship development and management.

What The Day Will Look Like

Support the growth and expansion of the PathWise business across the APAC region by supporting the APAC PathWise Managing Director and broader Life Solutions leadership team.
