Zhong-Shan Engineering Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the project team from inception through planning, implementation and ongoing management of construction projects.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and designers to ensure on-time delivery, quality and compliance with design specs, with a strong site presence and 7+ years of relevant experience.

Competenze

• 7 years of experience in Project Management related to Construction with New Works / A&A Works / Fitting Out Works.
• Strong technical background and site experience.
• Proficiency using MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word.

Mansioni

• Lead the project team from inception to planning, implementation and management of construction projects.
• Coordinate & liaise with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers & Designers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor site activities to ensure Quality and Compliance with Design Specifications.
• Oversee project finalization and close-out processes.

Formazione

Certificate or above in Building Construction / Building Studies / Architecture or equivalent
