Sereno International Limited is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects from inception to completion in Hong Kong. You will drive delivery within time and budget while upholding quality.

Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure clear communication across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and project financials.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
• Solid proven track records of business results and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for effective lifecycle collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement strategies to address issues.
• Develop project strategies, objectives, and plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor tender submission in time and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
