Job summary

Currenxie, a leading fintech, seeks a Senior Compliance Operations Associate to join its expanding Compliance Operations team in Hong Kong. You will drive day-to-dayBAU tasks, manage risk-based reviews, and support management with accurate reporting.

You will collaborate across Client Support, Product, and IT, gaining exposure to cutting-edge compliance tools and data systems while building robust banking relationships in a fast-paced, borderless business landscape.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in operational compliance or AML in payments, MSB/MSO, or banking.
• CAMS or equivalent accreditation is highly desirable.
• High proficiency with compliance tooling and data analysis systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily BAU operational tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive operational reports to support management’s decision-making, audit readiness, and record-keeping.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and enhance process efficiency.
• Learn, adapt to, and optimize internal compliance platforms, software tools, and data systems.
• Proactively develop and manage ongoing banking relationships.
• Conduct in-depth account reviews, identifying outliers in transactions and changes in corporate structures.
