Job summary

A leading wealth management firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in AML or compliance, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and be able to lead and mentor a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English are necessary; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Competitive salary offered of HKD50-70K per month.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of relevant professional experience in AML or Compliance function.
• Strong knowledge in SFC licensing and AML Compliance regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Full working proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Support the client management process, including on-boarding/off-boarding.
• Conduct due diligence throughout the client relationship cycle.
