Job summary

CLSA's Corporate IT Delivery Team is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager, Compliance IT, to deliver strategic technology projects in Compliance. This is a hands-on analytic and project management role.

You will understand domain topics, perform in-depth analysis, and define solutions while managing projects through the entire SDLC from initiation to production environment. You will liaise with Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, prepare BRDs, coordinate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Business, or related disciplines.
5-8 years of IT project experience in financial institutions, including minimum 3 years in BA/PM.
Proven exposure to Compliance technology domains such as COB, AML, trade surveillance, regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design technology solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies on business requirements.
Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to production deployment.
Ensure solutions comply with CLSA standards and practices.
