Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of regulatory compliance, internal audit, or risk experience in retail/commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of HKMA regulations and Banking Ordinance.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on business and reporting.
• Provide compliance guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Assist in regulatory examinations and routine reviews.
• Review data governance, data lineage, and regulatory submissions.
• Identify gaps and drive remediation actions.
• Update policies and manuals in response to updates.
