Job summary

Aon is seeking a proactive professional to assist management in growing production and retaining existing clients in a dynamic insurance environment.

You will develop new business opportunities, discuss insurance needs with clients, and provide expert guidance on policy terms, coverage, and risk transfer. Collaboration with insurers and internal teams is essential to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

Sound General Insurance experience (including but not limited to Property & Casualty, Public Liability, Motor, Employees Compensation, Group Personal Accident & Travel).
Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; data analysis software.

Responsibilities

Assist Management and Team Leader to achieve and steady growth in production.
Retain existing clients and business by high renewal rations.
Develop new business by client’s penetration and create new business opportunity.
Frontline representative to take care insurance necessity of clients.
Identify risks exposure, analysis loss history, provide risks transfer recommendation.
Provide professional advice on insurance program design, arrange proper coverage terms and conditions, setting reasonable policy retention.
