Job summary

Aon Corporation seeks an Associate Director for the Financial Services & Professions Group. You will manage the placement and servicing of complex Financial Lines insurance programmes and build strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriting partners across local and international markets.

You will structure, negotiate and place bespoke insurance solutions for large, high-value risks, provide strategic coverage guidance, and advocate for clients during policy negotiations, disputes

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Lines.
• Deep technical knowledge of financial lines products.
• Strong commercial acumen with client-focused solutions.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the placement and servicing of complex Financial Lines insurance programmes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriting partners across local and international markets.
• Structure, negotiate and place bespoke insurance solutions for large, complex and high-value risks.
• Provide strategic advice on coverage, market conditions, risk transfer options and emerging exposures.
• Advocate on behalf of clients during policy negotiations, coverage disputes and claims-related matters.
• Support business development activities, identify growth opportunities and contribute to client retention strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across Financial Lines products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
