Job summary

BTSE Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Developer to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and operation of our trading infrastructure environment in Hong Kong. You will work closely with software engineers and platform teams to build a highly available, secure, and low-latency platform.

Responsibilities include managing AWS infra, CI/CD pipelines, Linux optimization, and observability stacks.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and Linux systems.
Proficiency in CI/CD and deployment automation.
Experience with AWS, OpenSearch, and low-latency tuning.
Familiarity with ClickHouse, DolphinDB, PostgreSQL.
Willingness to join on-call rotations.
Experience in financial/trading systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, maintain, and optimize the trading system infrastructure environment.
Manage and improve AWS infrastructure, including EC2, networking, security, and OpenSearch.
Build and maintain infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines, including GitLab and GitHub integration.
Administer and optimize Linux environments, including system tuning and network tuning.
Support deployment, operation, and performance management of microservices.
Manage multiple JVM-based services with a focus on performance and reliability.
Operate and optimize database platforms including ClickHouse, DolphinDB, and PostgreSQL.
Design, deploy, and maintain observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) to monitor health.
