Job summary

BAH Partners in Hong Kong is seeking a strong C++ Engineer to join its electronic trading technology team, with Singapore as an alternative location. The role focuses on building low-latency, high-performance trading systems and real-time data paths.

You will work on performance-critical infrastructure, leveraging Linux, multithreading and networking to optimize throughput and latency. Candidates with HFT, market data or exchange connectivity experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience building low-latency, high-performance or real-time systems.
• Strong understanding of Linux, concurrency, multithreading and networking.
• Experience with performance optimisation, profiling and system-level engineering.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Electronic trading, HFT, market data or exchange connectivity experience is highly desirable.
• Candidates from strong non-finance engineering environments will also be considered where the technical experience is relevant.
