Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to manage and monitor our private Cloud environment. The role includes 24x7 support, automation, and ensuring high availability and data protection for critical banking applications.

You will collaborate with development, security, and IT teams to secure cloud services and provide guidance and training on cloud processes to developers and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Cloud system administration.
• Exposure to Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Huawei HCS, MySQL and Redis.
• Strong understanding of Cloud platforms with compute, networking, storage, backup/recovery and virtualization.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, Mandarin a plus.
• Experience in financial industry and banking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor private Cloud environment, providing 24x7 support.
• Implement and maintain Cloud automation and orchestration tools.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection for Cloud apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Cloud-related issues.
• Collaborate with development, security, and IT teams for secure Cloud services.
• Provide technical guidance and training to developers/operators on Cloud processes.
