Job summary

WPP Media Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager, Clients to lead integrated media strategy, planning, and execution for a portfolio of client accounts. You will oversee offline, digital, and O2O solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive service delivery and client growth.

Responsibilities include end-to-end campaign management, performance analysis, and regular client reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, implementation, and client servicing within the media industry.
• Strong understanding of traditional and new media across platforms.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated media strategies and plans aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management, planning with media partners, and optimization.
• Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports and ROI insights.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing clients and support new business pitches.
