Job summary

WPP is seeking a Senior Manager, Clients to lead integrated media strategy, planning, and end-to-end campaign execution for a portfolio of client accounts. You will build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and drive growth across traditional, digital, and O2O media.

You will oversee planning, negotiations, and measurement, report performance insights, and mentor junior staff while contributing to the agency's capabilities and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media planning, buying, implementation, and client servicing.
• Strong understanding of traditional and new media across platforms.
• Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to translate media plans into effective buys.
• Experience with media monitoring, optimization, and post-analysis.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin for some portfolios.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and strong initiative.
• Passion for new media and evolving technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated media strategy and plans aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for client accounts, building trusted relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management across platforms with KPI tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and provide regular, insightful client reports.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and support digital capability growth.
• Provide thought leadership on media trends and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with market planning teams and internal resources.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth with existing clients.
• Understand client markets to optimize media negotiations and outcomes.
