Job summary

State Street Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead a client-facing team and serve as the primary contact for a group of clients. You will navigate clients through the firm by connecting them with subject matter experts across locations, driving service excellence and timely resolution of client queries.

The role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ownership of the client experience, regular client reviews, and coordination of change requests

Qualifications

• University graduate with extensive asset servicing and client servicing experience.
• Strong verbal and written English and Chinese communication.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships across multiple locations.
