Job summary

IPS Group (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Travel and A&H claims professional to manage end-to-end claims handling, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. You will monitor costs, analyze claims quality, and develop strategies to support profitability and growth while providing timely reports to brokers and clients.

The role requires at least 3 years experience in Travel or A&H claims, strong communication in English and Chinese, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Degree holder with professional qualifications in insurance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling Travel and/or A&H claims.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision making, problem-solving, and detail-oriented.
• Team supervising experience is an added advantage; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle Travel claims focusing adherence to the Company’s policies, guidelines and objectives
• Monitor claim costs and expenses and analyze claims for quality
• Develop and implement claims strategies and development plans to achieve company’s profitability and growth objectives
• Provide claims reports and statistics to internal units, brokers and clients
• Identify suspicious / fraud claims throughout the claim process and escalat them to the related department
• Manage complaint resolutions and dispute handling
• Manage projects such as system enhancements and related UAT
• Train and coach junior team members as appropriate
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
