Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer to lead design delivery for bridge and highway projects in a senior role based in Hong Kong. You will drive technical excellence, review designs, and manage projects to budget and schedule.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, pursue business development, and cultivate relationships with clients while promoting hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in Highway, Bridge, Airport, Rail infrastructure design.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake peer design reviews on projects.
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications on projects.
• Project Management and Design Management of our consultancy services, delivering projects to time and to budget.
• Management and technical development of our capabilities and individual Engineers.
• Co-ordination, collaboration and management of other discipline inputs into projects.
• Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients.
